"Anima by DFR" is the Wellness and Healing center of Dance Factory Ridgefield.

Adult workshops and classes such as Vinyasa Yoga, geared towards raising your vibration, grounding, releasing, exercising, and connecting with oneself, others and Spirit are offered via the MindBody app and website. 

 

Adults ages 18+  are welcome.

 

DFR is a welcoming, safe environment that focuses on empowering humans, creating lasting friendships and holding each other accountable to a healthy lifestyle within a beautiful community of like minded souls.
